Sunrise Boutique was started in 1971 by me (Cynthia Cannon). With $1,000 in hand and a lot of blind faith, the doors were opened at 52 High St., Clinton, Mass. The retail mix was an eclectic mix of gifts, handmade jewelry, and unusual clothing; appealing to those who wanted their own unique style. Yearly, the inventory grew till a move was made into a larger location at 62 High St, Clinton; where "A Fun Place To Shop" became our logo.
